Recently, Cylon Group’s Northeast Branch successfully won the bid for the supporting busway project of an Aviation Industry Group’s Shenyang Aircraft Design & Research Institute. Cylon Group’s technical department swiftly arranged for personnel to arrive at the site for technical docking.
It is understood that the AVIC Shenyang Aircraft Design & Research Institute, for which Cylon Group won the bid, was established in 1961. It is the earliest aircraft design and research institute established in New China, primarily engaged in the overall design and research of fighter jets.
The institute boasts robust scientific research capabilities and comprehensive professional disciplines, covering three major categories: aircraft design, test verification, and technical support, totaling 54 key professional fields and 158 design specialties. With advanced design methods and a computer network system covering the entire institute, it has formed an application system focused on computer-aided design, engineering analysis, and model management.
It possesses the capabilities and means for full-aircraft 3D digital design and manufacturing, allowing for the simultaneous design of multiple models. The institute has successively won numerous honors, including the National Major Contribution Award for High-Tech Weaponry Equipment Construction, the National May Day Labor Certificate Unit, the Advanced Collective of Central Enterprises, the Outstanding Contribution Unit of the Aviation Industry, the National Advanced Unit for Corporate Culture, the Advanced Unit for Spiritual Civilization in Liaoning Province, the Advanced Unit of Liaoning Province, and the Advanced Unit of Shenyang City.
