Busway dimensions are primarily determined by the insulation type and current rating, ranging from compact 100×50 mm units to heavy-duty 300×200 mm systems. All models are available in 4-pole (4P) or 5-pole (5P) configurations with a wide current range from 160A to 6300A.
1. Sandwich Type (Intensive Type) Busway Known for its compact design, this type minimizes space requirements while maintaining high efficiency.

2. Air-Insulated Busway These units require more internal clearance for air insulation, resulting in a slightly larger profile than sandwich types.

- Typical Dimensions (W×H): Standard sizes start around 168×76 mm and go up to 168×257 mm (dimensions increase further for high-current models).
3. Fire-Resistant Busway These are built with specialized fireproof shells and internal barriers, making them slightly bulkier than standard intensive models.

- Dimensional Note: The external dimensions are slightly larger than those of the sandwich type for the same current rating to accommodate the fire-resistant insulation layers.
4. Cast Resin (Waterproof) Busway Using a solid epoxy resin casting process, these provide superior environmental protection.

- Typical Dimensions (W×H): Starting from approximately 120×60 mm. The width is generally increased to accommodate the protective casting structure.
